On behalf of the EREIP V fund, M7 has sold three high-quality office buildings (Mercator I, II, and III), totaling 6,400 sq. m. of lettable floor area and 148 parking spaces, to White House Development.

The buildings, constructed in 2000, are partially leased and hold an energy label of A(+).

The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
