For the past four years, Sander Hoeke worked at CBRE, where he led the Midcap Investments team. Under his leadership, the team successfully completed a total of approximately 250 real estate transactions. Prior to that, Hoeke was a partner at Cushman & Wakefield Valuations, where he was jointly responsible for the team that performed commercial real estate appraisals.
With his broad background in valuations, investments, and finance, Hoeke brings a combination of transaction experience, valuation knowledge, and financial expertise. At Prime Realty Partners, he will focus on further expanding existing operations, strengthening the analytical basis of advisory recommendations, and further developing services for institutional investors.
