M7 sells the Blekerstraat 4-6 Almere office building. On behalf of the EREIP IV fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd sold the 2,236 sq. ft. (GFA) office building to a private investor. Built in 2003, the office building is partially leased and has an A+ energy label. M7 Real Estate Ltd was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
