M7 Real Estate Ltd has sold “Businesspark Rhijnspoor,” comprising a multi-tenant business facility, a hospitality unit, and 18 office villas, located at Rhijnspoor 209–263 in Capelle aan den IJssel.
On behalf of the EREIP VI fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd has sold the complex—totalling approximately 20,000 sqm of lettable floor area—to BSA Globe Group.
The complex, completed in 2003, is predominantly leased and holds an energy label B.
The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
