On behalf of the ISLAY fund, M7 has sold the office building Frontier at Delftechpark 39-57 Delft of approx. 9,953 sqm lfa and 223 parking spaces to Benkey.
The building, constructed in 2003 and renovated in 2015, is predominantly leased and holds an energy label A+.
The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
