UBS has sold the office buildings at Moermanskkade 400 and 500 in Amsterdam to Partner in Real Estate.
The transaction comprises a total of 9,626 sq m of lettable office space and 83 parking spaces.
The buildings, completed in 2019, are fully let and hold an energy label A.
The seller was commercially advised on this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
