On behalf of the EREIP IV fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd has sold 3 office buildings at Grote Voort 201-225 in Zwolle totaling approx. 7,758 sqm and 210 parking spaces to Foundation Legal Owner Benkey Vastgoed.
The offices were built in 1993, largely leased and have energy labels B and C.
