On behalf of the EREIP V fund, M7 has sold the office building at Delftechpark 9-15 Delft of approx. 3,589 sqm lfa and 103 parking spaces to Meerdervoort.
The building, constructed in 2000 is predominantly leased and holds an energy label A++.
The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
