Benkey has acquired the office building Point of View, located at Tupolevlaan 2–24 & 40 in Schiphol-Rijk

The office building was constructed in 2000 and comprises approximately 11,800 m² of lettable office space, extensive on-site parking with 354 parking spaces, and is largely leased long-term to anchor tenant KLM. The office building has an A+ energy label.
