M7 Real Estate Ltd has sold an office building to AMVIG II B.V.
On behalf of the ILAY Fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd has completed the sale of the office building located at Eemsgolaan 1-3 in Groningen.
The building, completed in 2002 and located in the Kranenburg office park directly off the A7, offers 9,700 m² of leasable office space, has 220 parking spaces, and holds an A energy efficiency rating.
The building is leased to several tenants.
The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
