On behalf of the EREIP V fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd also completed the sale of the office building at Papland 21 in Gorinchem.
Completed in 2003 and spread over three floors, the building offers 7,950 m² of leasable office space, has 204 parking spaces, and holds an A++++ energy efficiency rating.
The building is fully leased to a single tenant.
