M7 Real Estate has sold the office building at Taxandriaweg 12 to a private investor.
On behalf of the ISLAY fund, M7 Real Estate completed the sale of 3,600 sq m of office space, including 63 parking spaces.
The office building, completed in 1990, is fully leased and has an energy label C.
The seller was commercially advised in this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
