A private investor has acquired a former Hostel located at Plantage Muidergracht 87–91 in Amsterdam.
The building comprises approximately 750 sq m of gross floor area (GFA) designated for residential use and will be redeveloped into several apartments.
The purchaser was commercially advised on this transaction by Prime Realty Partners.
