On behalf of the ISLAY-fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd has sold an office building of 3,523 sqm and 91 parking spaces in Haarlem to the Iv-Groep.
The office building was built in 1988 with energy label A and is fully leased to the Iv-Groep with a triple-net lease agreement.
M7 Real Estate Ltd was commercially advised by Prime Realty Partners.
