On behalf of the EREIP IV fund, M7 Real Estate has sold an office building of approx. 3.400 sqm and 90 parking spaces in Groningen to a private investor.
The office building is strategically located on the south side of the city of Groningen, in the Corpus den Hoorn district. The office building is fully let to, among others, BDO Accountants & Advisers, NOM, Zich and the Dutch Inspectorate.
