Yvastgoed has sold the former Timor school in Amsterdam at Timorplein 22-62 and Lombokstraat 42 to a private investor.
The multi-purpose business building is fully leased and includes a cinema with offices above and a service apartment totaling 4,547 m². The iconic 1912 building is located in Amsterdam Oost and was thoroughly renovated by Yvastgoed in 2007.
