Diederick Vrijenhoek (former CBRE Capital Markets) and Siep van Lent (former JLL) launched Prime Realty Partners.
The new company is a boutique investment advisory firm specializing in buying and selling commercial real estate in the MidCap investment segment nationwide. Prime advises private and institutional investors, developers and corporations concerning their acquisition and disposal strategies in all asset classes. The company is based in Amsterdam.
Vrijenhoek (39) was partly responsible for the founding of the MidCap Capital Markets division at CBRE and had the responsibility for this team the last couple of years. Van Lent (35) worked at JLL and founded the MidCap Capital Markets division where he was also responsible for that team.
