On behalf of the EREIP IV fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd sold the office buildings of 3,181m² to a developer.
The office complex is largely fully rented to the following users: Vattenfall, Warmtebedrijf Infra, Stichting Go Sports and Administratiekantoor Optimaal.
