The building with energy label A++ has approximately 1.150 m² of industrial hall and office as well as approximately 1.000 m² of outdoor area with associated parking spaces.
The seller was commercially advised by Prime Realty Partners and legally advised by n/p notarial partners.
The buyer was advised by Jong Real Estate B.V..
