M7 sells office building Baarnsche dijk 12 in Baarn
On behalf of the EREIP IV fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd sold the office building of about 3,200 sqm as well as 70 parking spaces to a private investor.
The office building was built in 1985, is partially leased and has energy label C.
