Prime Realty Partners is a boutique investment advisory firm specializing in buying and selling commercial real estate in the Netherlands. They advise both private and institutional investors, developers and corporations on the purchase and/or sale of commercial real estate.

Diederick Vrijenhoek

Partner

mr. Diederick Vrijenhoek studied law in Amsterdam and began his career in 2006 as a commercial trainee at TNT Post in The Hague. In 2008, he started working as a real estate consultant at DRS Makelaars in Amsterdam. From DRS, Diederick was asked by international real estate consulting firm Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) to further strengthen its Agency Department. At JLL, he spent 6 years involved in various purchase and lease transactions on behalf of both international and national investors and users of commercial real estate. In 2016, Diederick started in the Capital Markets department at the real estate advisory firm CBRE where he was co-responsible for setting up the MidCap investment department. In recent years, he led this team.

Siep van Lent

Partner

After successfully completing his Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics in Amsterdam and MsC International Management in Sydney, Siep van Lent began his career in 2010 as a Trainee at DTZ Zadelhoff where he specialized in buying and leasing commercial property. After 5 years, he continued his career at VALAD Benelux, part of the Cromwell Property Group. Here Siep became responsible for the Amsterdam portfolio. From VALAD, he joined Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), a leading international real estate consulting firm. At JLL, Siep set up the MidCap investment department within the Capital Markets department, focusing on real estate investments in the middle segment of the Dutch real estate market. In recent years, he led this team.
